ABHYANGA
Abhyangam therapy is founded on the belief that the body has channels of energy called ‘nadis’ along with some vital spots called ‘marma points’. It is believed that in therapy when you stimulate these nadis and marma points with massage it helps in the synchronization of energy flow in our body. This blood flow helps to restore equilibrium and heal the body.
STEAM BATH
Ayurvedic steam bath, known as “Swedana” in Sanskrit, is a treatment that involves exposing the body to steam infused with medicinal herbs and essential oils. It is an integral part of Ayurvedic healing rituals aimed at restoring balance and promoting overall well-being.
FOOT MASSAGE
Foot massage, also known as Padabhyanga, is a holistic healing practice that utilizes traditional massage techniques to promote energy balance, relaxation, and rejuvenation. In Ayurveda, the feet are considered vital as they are believed to contain nerves connected to various parts of the body.
